Information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Data are collected in order to provide a service, perform a contract, respond to a request, or following a spontaneous submission by the user. Providing data is optional. Failure to provide data will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the performance of the contract with the data subject. Personal data will also be used for the following purposes:

Sending technical, commercial, and informational communications;
Promotional activities;
Market research and quality control.

Browsing data are also collected anonymously, relating to IP address, date and time of access, and requested URL. These data are collected for statistical purposes, to monitor the proper functioning of services, for security reasons, and to comply with applicable laws. Such data are not disclosed to third parties.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be communicated to third parties for the execution of the purposes of processing.

4. Data Retention

Personal data are stored for an unlimited period of time, at the discretion of the Data Controller. Where applicable, data are in any case stored for the minimum period required by law. Access logs are retained for 6 months.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. These requests will be fulfilled insofar as they do not conflict with applicable laws.

7. Personal Data

Personal data are not subject to automated processing, such as profiling. Personal data will not be processed for purposes other than those for which they were collected.
