Medilink SRL has adopted a reporting management system in accordance with the regulatory provisions set out in Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019.
Reports may be submitted by all employees as well as by suppliers, subcontractors, customers, etc., concerning violations of specific internal or external regulations, in order to ensure fairness, transparency, and ethical conduct in company operations.
